New Notification Settings for Sent Quicknotes

By user request, you now have more control over the alert given when a Quicknote is sent. You can now choose to echo nothing (default), public quicknotes (as before), private quicknotes, or both. Find the option under your account settings.

The feature which allows for the echoing of private quicknotes was not working as intended. We believe this has now been fixed.
